Inspiration

My decision to become a coach is not unlike many of the coaches I've worked with and spoken to on my journey. 

20+ years in a career that was no longer exciting to me, and looking for more fulfillment day to day. After seeking advice from career coaches, friends and the internet, I realized that what I'd loved most out of my various roles as Marketing Manager, President, and Operations Manager was helping my team feel fulfilled and empowered in the work they do. All of my 'soft skills' that often put me in a quadrant by myself in organizational personality tests, lead me to re-evaluate my career options. 

I enrolled at Erickson International Academy to begin the process of becoming a Professional Coach. The journey thus far has been amazing and I am feeling fulfilled and empowered in the work I am doing.
