People Lab Panelist: Anil Kanji

Anil is the Director of Digital Engagement at Mozilla.

He helps organizations build movements, and empower their people to make possible the change they want to see in the world. Over the past ten years he’s built national and global teams focused on inspiring and engaging supporters, through compelling digital content and campaigns. He’s an integrator and relationship-builder internally in organizations, desilozing and creating alignment around common campaign and organizational missions.

Anil is an inspiring addition to this People Lab panel. I’ve had the pleasure of watching our respective 5 year olds grow up together in our community and am grateful for the role model of kindness and compassion he is to my son, and his book recommendations on leadership and intention.

When I asked Anil about an act of kindness that was important to me he said. ”My extended family took charge of raising me and have supported me in so many ways throughout my life.”
